STAKES
- Entry is $3000 per team
- Prize structure is:  $15,500 8,000 3,500 2,500 2,000 1,600 1,200 800 500 300 100 0

AUCTION
-All teams have $260 auction dollars.
-Any person (NL'ers, minors, etc) can be auctioned.
-Players are nominated in rotation. The team nominating must bid at least $1.
-Teams must spend at least $1 on their first 23 players.

- Brief time outs may be called sparingly during bidding
-Teams may spend auction dollars on all 28 of their players, but you only need money for your first 23.

-You may not run out of money until you have at least 14 hitters, and at least 9 pitchers.
-Once every team is out of money, any teams without full 28 man rosters will draft their remaining slots in a random ordered snake draft.

ROSTERS
-Rosters are 27 players: 14 hitters 9 pitchers and 5 reserves. 2 C, 1 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, MI, CI, 5 OF, 1 DH (Anyone), unlimited DL players

-Only stats accumulated by AL players, or NL players who were on AL rosters or farm teams subsequent to the auction date count. Such NL players must be owned at the time they become a NL player.
-There are no restrictions to who can be on your roster (NL'ers, Minor leaguers, etc)
-Roster periods are every week on tuesday before 1st game time.
-A player is eligible for a position if he has played 10 games in 2012
OR 20 games in 2011 at that position OR if ONROTO lists him as eligible at a position
-You may play a player out of position whenever you choose. If by the end of season that player is not eligible for any period you played him at a position he did not qualify, all of his stats are removed for those periods.

DL RULE

- As part of sunday add/drops you may add any MLB disabled player to your team's DL list. You must remove any player on your disabled list who is no longer on the MLB disabled list.

- We will use the official MLB transaction list, http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/transactions as per the previous day's final transaction. In other words, on every sunday you may add to the DL any player who as of saturday was on the MLB disabled list, and you must remove anyone not on the MLB DL as of saturday off your team's DL list.

- This is the only time you may add/remove people from your team's DL, and anyone so added will remain DL'd for the entire week, regardless of any other activity that involves that player.

- On tuesdays, all that must be done is specifying your active 23 players, and your 4 bench players. You may make no changes regarding your DL list.

- Any player claimed on a sunday may not be added to a team's DL list that same week. This means if you claim a guy on the disabled list, you do have to drop someone for him (or dl someone else).

TRADES
-No trades will be allowed until the auction and draft are completed for all teams.

-No 2 for 1 trades, all rosters must be legal at all times
-Trade deadline is midnight EST 8/15
-No Future/promissory trades, contingent trades, randomized trades,
outside factors. Basically if the trade isn't complete in its entirety
merely with X guys/faab for Y guys/faab, its no good.
-All trades must be reported upon completion, no holding back news to
post at a deadline
-Trades are submitted via email to the group
-A trade can be vetoed for two reasons: (1) collusion and (2)
negligence. A trade will be vetoed according to the following test:
(a) the trade is deemed significantly unfair on its face by either
both commishes, or one commish and any four other owners;
(b) the owner has an inability to convincingly articulate how this
trade would best benefit his team and in the case of negligence (c) there is circumstantial evidence of
neglect, e.g., failure to set optimal lineups, non-responsiveness to
other trade emails or inactivity in free agency despite team needs

This isn't to suggest that someone who goes inactive for a period can't make trades afterward, just that you really have to shop around before doing anything on your return. We want to avoid the scenario
where X vanishes for a month, then comes back and gives all his players away hastily (especially to someone he is already friendly with) without fairly responding to other people's inquiries for his
players.

SCORING
- Standard 5X5 roto scoring
-There is a 1000 IP min requirement or your team finishes last in ERA and WHIP.

CLAIMS
-Each team also gets $260 FAB or claim dollars. Claims are every sunday night before midnight EST by sealed bid. Contingent bids are allowed.
-Any player may be claimed (NL'ers, Minor Leaguers, DL’d, etc)
-Any claim dollars acquired via trade are not useable until the claim period AFTER the period the FAAB were acquired in. This is true regardless of how many claim dollars you started the period with, and regardless of whether you have re-acquired some claim dollars this period.

-Minimum claim bid is $1

COMMISSIONERS
-Eric and Derek will be co-commissioners. They will have wide general power to act together in the interest of fairness should any unusual situations occur, or an 'obvious' rule be omitted or not clearly
stated.
